Detailed itinerary to explore Ha Long Bay

DAY 1: HANOI - HA LONG BAY - SUNG SOT CAVE - TITOP ISLAND - OVERNIGHT ON BOARD

07:45 - 08:30 - You will be picked up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and transferred to Ha Long

11:30 - 12:00 - Upon arrival at No 12, Tuan Chau Marina, you will enjoy a warm welcome by our cruise staff in the waiting lounge and complete the check-in procedure.

12:00 - Upon boarding Amanda Legend Cruise, our crew welcomes you with a refreshing drink and cold towel before entering your cabin. The vessel leaves Tuan Chau Marina, taking you on an exciting journey to discover the beauty of Ha Long Bay. Along the way, you can enjoy the view of some of the most beautiful spots in Ha Long and admire the grandeur of the Bay with thousands of limestone islands while the vessel heads to Sung Sot Cave and Titop Island. Enjoy lunch at our luxurious restaurant on board as the vessel cruises toward Sung Sot Cave and Titop Island.



14:30 - Explore Sung Sot Cave. This is one of the largest and most beautiful caves in Halong Bay. The cave has some unique rock formations that can't be found anywhere else. The road to the mouth of Sung Sot cave is under the foliage. Walking through steep stone steps, visitors can have the feeling of climbing the mountain and experience the excitement of stepping into the sky.

16:00 - Visit Titop Island and hike to the top for stunning views of Ha Long Bay, or have a fun swim in the clear blue water. 

17:30 - 18:00 - Back on board, you will participate in a Sunset party & cooking class while the vessel cruises toward the shore. You can enjoy relaxing moments while sipping a cup of traditional Vietnamese tea or coffee on the sundeck amid wonderful scenery and a beautiful sunset. Ha Long Bay is calm during the day, but when the sun goes down, the Bay becomes even more tranquil and peaceful. You will be instructed to make delicious traditional Vietnamese floating rice cake by our chef and then enjoy the floating rice cake made on your own.

18:30 - Happy hour - BUY 2 DRINKS GET 1 FOR FREE

19:30 - Outdoor dinner. Enjoy a romantic dinner outdoors (if the weather is favorable) or at a restaurant

21:30 - After dinner, you will enjoy a peaceful view of the Bay at night on the deck. You can also participate in evening activities such as massage (subject to additional charge), herbal foot bath in your room (free of charge, fashion show traditional customes “Footsteps of Heritage” and some drinks at Sky Bar while admiring breathtaking view of the Bay at night and squid fishing. The cruise ship anchors for your peaceful night stay in a quiet area 

DAY 2: AMANDA LEGEND CRUISE - LUON CAVE - HALONG BAY - HANOI

06:15 - Start your day with Tai Chi class on the sun deck.

06:30 - 07:00 - Enjoy a light breakfast with coffee, tea, cakes and fruits, Pho Vietnam, and egg station.

07:30 - Amanda Cruise will take you to the Luon cave area, You will participate in kayaking or rafting here around the thousand-year-old rock formations.



08:30 - 09:30 - Back on the ship, you can rest in your room, sunbathe on the sundeck, or take photos of Halong Bay

09:30 - Please place your luggage outside the cabin and leave your room key at the front desk. Our staff will transfer your baggage to the waiting area.

10:00 - Enjoy an early lunch buffet at the restaurant on the 2nd floor and pay the bill, if any.

11:00 - Arrive at Tuan Chau Marina. Cycling to explore Tuan Chau Island (applied to customers using the Bus) after checking out. The trip is over.

11:30 - 12:00 : Take bus comeback Hanoi

15 - 15:30 - Drop off hotel around Hanoi Old Quarter.

Detailed itinerary to explore Bai Tu Long Bay

DAY 1: HANOI – HALONG BAY – BAI TU LONG BAY - THIEN CUNG CAVE - OVERNIGHT ON BOARD

07:45 - 08:30 - Pick up from your hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter and transfer to Halong Bay 

11:30 - 12:00 - Arrive at the Tuan Chau International Port at Lot 12. You will be warmly welcomed by the staff at the waiting lounge and complete the check-in process.

12:00 - Board the Amanda Legend Cruise and head to the restaurant for a safety briefing. Enjoy a welcome drink while meeting the ship's captain and crew.

13:00 - Enjoy lunch as the cruise sails toward Bai Tu Long Bay.

15:00 - Visit Thien Cung Cave, also known as the "Theatre in the Sea." Here, you will have the chance to admire the mystical beauty of the stunning limestone formations inside the cave. The cave ceiling sparkles with thousands of stalactites, and the arched ceilings create unique formations, resembling stone sculptures. This breathtaking scenery will undoubtedly provide a perfect backdrop.

  

17:00 - Return to the ship and prepare for the evening activities.

17:30 - Join a fun cooking class on how to make traditional Vietnamese spring rolls or enjoy Happy Hour: Buy 2 drinks, Get 1 Free. Don’t miss the stunning sunset view of Halong Bay from the sundeck.

19:00 - Dinner under the stars. Enjoy a romantic outdoor dinner (weather permitting).

21:00 - After dinner, enjoy the peaceful nighttime atmosphere of Halong Bay on the ship’s deck. You can also take part in evening activities such as a massage (additional charge), herbal foot soak (free for one guest per cabin), a traditional costume fashion show "Steps of Heritage," or enjoy drinks at the Sky Bar while admiring the breathtaking night views of the bay. Additionally, you can join a squid fishing activity.

DAY 2: BAI TU LONG BAY - VUNG VIENG FISHING VILLAGE -  HALONG BAY - HANOI

06:15 - Start the day with a Tai Chi class at sunrise on the ship’s deck.

07:00 - A light breakfast will be served at the restaurant while the ship sails towards the center of Halong Bay.

07:30 - Explore the charming Vung Vieng fishing village by kayak or bamboo boat. Not only can you immerse yourself in the peaceful atmosphere and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, but you will also have the chance to learn kayaking and fishing techniques.

  

08:30 - Return to the ship and prepare for relaxation before check-out.

09:30 - Check-out time.

10:00 - Enjoy an early lunch served at the restaurant while the ship heads back to Tuan Chau Port.

11:00 - Arrive at Tuan Chau International Port. For guests who are using the shuttle bus service, there will be an option to explore Tuan Chau Island by bike after check-out. The trip ends here.

11:30 - 12:00 - Take bus comeback Hanoi

15 - 15:30 - Drop off hotel around Hanoi Old Quarter.
