DAY 1: HANOI - HALONG BAY - LAN HA BAY - OVERNIGHT ON BOARD (L/D)
08:20 - 08:50 Our tour guide and limousine pick you up at your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter (if you use our transfer service).
09:00 Departure to Halong Bay for 2.5 hours.
10:30 Arrive in Hai Duong province and have a 20-minute short break.
11:30 - 12:00 Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor.
12:00 - 12:30 Transfer by speedboat to Diana Cruise. Enjoy a welcome drink, meet the captain and crew for a brief introduction to the cruise and safety guidelines. Check in to your cabin.
13:00 - 13:30 Enjoy a Vietnamese seafood buffet or set-menu lunch while cruising in the magnificent Halong Bay and admiring its fascinating rock formations. Continue cruising through Con Vit Islet (Duck Islet), Thumb Islet, and Gia Luan Harbor belonging to the Cat Ba area.
15:00 Immerse yourself in the stunning views of the bay as we head toward Dark & Bright Cave (Hang Sang & Toi). Guests can choose kayaking or a bamboo boat ride for about 1 hour.
16:00 The ship sails to Tra Bau Beach, arriving at 16:50. You are free to swim around the boat for about 45 minutes.
17:30 - 18:30 Enjoy an Afternoon Tea Party with freshly prepared snacks, fruits, and drinks while waiting for the sunset on Lan Ha Bay. Take advantage of the “Buy 2 Get 1 Free” Happy Hour at the Mimosa Café Lounge and Sky Bar on the 5th floor.
18:30 - 19:10 Join a cooking class guided by the Diana Cruise chef, where you can practice making Vietnamese dishes such as spring rolls.
19:10 - 19:30 Dinner is served at the restaurant on the 4th floor.
After dinner, enjoy free time with nightlife activities such as squid fishing on the 1st floor, listening to music, enjoying drinks, or singing karaoke in the special room on the 5th floor. Please contact us to register. Overnight on Diana Cruise.
DAY 2: HAVE BREAKFAST - TRANSFER TO A DAILY BOAT - CYCLING AT VIET HAI VILLAGE - SUNSET PARTY - OVERNIGHT ON CRUISE (B/L/D)
Today we will further explore Lan Ha Bay using a small day boat, cruising through islands, islets, and hidden beaches, with a short cycling visit to Viet Hai Village, located deep inside Cat Ba National Park.
06:45 Breakfast is ready at the restaurant. You may wake up later today and have breakfast before departure. Please be at the reception by 08:30 at the latest.
08:20 - 08:45 Transfer to the small day boat and head to the south of Lan Ha Bay toward Viet Hai Village. You will spend the whole day on the daily boat and only return to Diana Cruise around 16:00 - 16:30.
09:00 The small day boat cruises through Lan Ha Bay before arriving at Viet Hai Dock.
10:00 Cycle 5 km to Viet Hai Village, a small rustic village surrounded by the mountains of Cat Ba National Park. Those who prefer not to cycle will be transferred by electric car.
11:30 Return to the dock and board the small day boat to continue exploring Lan Ha Bay.
12:00 Enjoy lunch with a beautiful view.
13:00 - 14:00 Explore Tai Keo Cave, a tunnel cave leading to a lake known as the “Dragon Eye.”
14:00 - 14:30 Continue to hidden beaches around the Ba Trai Dao (Three Peaches) area.
14:30 - 15:30 Enjoy the magical scenery of Halong Bay.
16:00 - 16:30 Return to Diana Cruise to refresh or enjoy the jacuzzi pool.
17:15 Diana Cruise moves to the overnight anchoring area.
18:00 Enjoy a small tea break on the sundeck at sunset.
18:15 Join the outdoor cooking class “How to make deep-fried spring rolls.”
19:00 Dinner is served.
After dinner, treat yourself to cocktails, wine, cigars, or simply enjoy the nighttime bay view. You may also join activities such as squid fishing or relaxing in your room. Overnight on Diana Cruise.
DAY 3: LAN HA BAY - TAI CHI LESSON - FROG POND AREA - HANOI (B/L)
06:30 - 07:00 Tai Chi exercise on the 5th-floor sundeck (optional).
07:00 - 07:45 Enjoy the morning view of the bay with tea or coffee and have breakfast at the restaurant.
08:00 The ship visits Frog Pond, where scenes from the Hollywood blockbuster Kong: Skull Island were filmed.
09:30 Return to your cabin, relax, and check your luggage. Check out of your cabin and enjoy the cruise as we head back.
10:00 Have a buffet lunch while cruising toward the port.
11:00 - 11:20 Transfer back to Tuan Chau Pier by tender boat. Farewell.
12:00 - 12:30 Return to Hanoi by limousine (if reserved).
13:50 - 14:00 Short break in Hai Duong province for 15 minutes.
15:00 - 15:20 Arrive in Hanoi.
